My sincere apologies for not sending this to you sooner.  I wanted to thank you again for all your help making the travel arrangements for my wonderful trip to Cuba in March.  You were a pleasure to work with and your immediate responses when I had questions or problems were invaluable and very much appreciated.  Most significantly, your professionalism and expertise were crucial when there was a problem with my flight reservations at the last minute and a snowstorm was approaching New York as I was preparing to leave.  At the very least, you saved me one day of vacation when I would have been unable to reach the airline in time regarding a problem with my reservation.  That experience reinforced to me the importance of working with a professional travel agent – especially when making more complicated travel arrangements such as a flight to Cuba.  You have no idea how much you helped me at the last minute as I was preparing to leave.  You reached the airline and made other arrangements which I would have never been able to do on my own in that short period of time.  Because of you, my trip got off to a wonderful start instead of being a stressful experience.
